On a September 28, 2013 visit to Zhejiang University, Dr. David P Roye led a discussion with the leadership of the University, School of Medicine, and School of Public Health on collaboration on mutual interests in:

• Hospital management
• Healthcare policy supported by evidence-based development and evaluation

This relationship is being actively pursued by IHL and the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health with support from the Columbia Global Center (Beijing)
